Model Documents and Processes

Every case is different. But the processes don’t have to be. We are developing model templates to increase efficiencies and support a consistent approach so that local partners have the tools and resources to effectively document, file, and monitor cases. These include:

  1. Fact-finding surveys: our surveys provide a methodology to investigate health, food, or housing violations, including sections on survey questions, relevant entitlements, and data collection tables.
  2. Brief templates: building upon our effective brief writing skills, we’ve developed templates which combine relevant international human rights and constitutional arguments in one easy to follow place.
  3. Modules: our trainings are where theory meets practice. We are creating training modules which provide information on human rights principles and effective accountability strategies.
  4. Rights-based toolkits: Our toolkits provide a roadmap on using a rights-based approach to address social and economic rights violations.
